Twitter API data scraping project

We're looking for someone who has a lot of experience with Twitter's API who can build a system for scraping followers and other profile details. We will be using this database to create an influencer program and custom lists advertising targeting. Please see attached for details. We already have access to the Twitter API.

This project needs to be completed within four weeks.
