Twilio 2 way text message reply on wordpress

I have a Twilio account.
I have paid and setup a SMS number for 2 way.

I want to be able to send messages with Twilio in wordpress
when someone replies to the message I want the reply to my twilio number to be seen in my wordpress account.
something like this.

I have no problem using 3rd party applications.

I would also set an alert to my phone when there is a reply etc..

Please reply if you have done similar and a base cost.
