Twilio text messages

Looking for Drupal experts. We need three different types of text messages to be sent through Twilio module on our Drupal website. Our website is www.moureys.com. It is a pickup and delivery dry cleaning service.
1) Send texts to unlimited phone numbers at the same time for promotions, special discounts, etc. 2) An automated reminder text message that goes out to a customer on the morning that their dry cleaning is going to be picked up. (dry cleaning is picked up the business day after pickup is scheduled)
3) An automated reminder text message on the day their dry cleaning is delivered. (Two business days after pickup).
