I am looking for a developer who can help me with rate limiting to prevent SMS flooding attacks on our Twilio OTP service. The ideal candidate should have experience with Twilio API and be familiar with rate limiting concepts.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of Twilio Messaging API
- Understanding of rate limiting concepts
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving rate limiting issues
- Ability to provide both temporary fixes and long-term solutions
- Familiarity with Twilio Voice API and Video API is a plus
