Twilio application update - Browser-to-browser voice call built with PHP and JS

We had a Twilio application running for several years but recently it stopped working due to a depreciated version (Twilio and PHP).
We need a Twilio/PHP/JS specialist to update our app and make it compatible with the latest Twilio version.
