I am going to build a website that manage phone call from clients.
An incoming call from a user is put on hold, and when accepted by an acceptable manager, the call is transferred to the manager.
The website is already built, Twilio account is bought and set, so all you have to do is add the Twilio Task Router feature.
The website is built by PHP.
