Twilio Browser Client PHP Outbound Call

Using Twilio, please build simple PHP and Javascript code so that user can enter a phone number press dial button and it will call using browser to that phone number using speaker and microphone from computer browser.

Basically this: https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/tutorials/browser-calls/php

Without using laravel, just PHP and javascript and mysql if needed.
