Twilio Automation & Notification Expert

I'm looking for a Twilio expert to help streamline and automate my communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up an email notification system for when calls or texts fail. This should include the timestamp of failure, reason for failure, contact details of the recipient, and the DID #.
2. Generate a complete list of numbers on my account in a CSV file.
3. Design a mandatory SMS Opt-in process for every new SMS contact. This includes specifying rates, frequency, and help instructions.
4. Develop a script that automatically places newly purchased numbers on various services (A2P, Shaken/ Stir Trusted Calling, Voice Integrity, Branded Calling, and CNAM).
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Twilio
- Proficiency in writing scripts for automation
- Ability to design communication processes
