Twilio Administrator

I am looking for someone that is familiar with Twilio and all the possibilities it provides, or with basics and willing to become an expert to accompany in discovering what Twilio has to offer.. Note, no coding skills required. But if you have, please advise. As I am a service provider for SME ecommerce businesses with 500+ clients, I would like to develop products and services with Twilio. As a matter of fact, I already have inquiries for solutions from a couple of clients with whom I discussed the demand.
