I need an alert system built using AI that notifies me whenever someone tweets from their account.
Key Requirements:
- Alerts to be sent via text message and/or Microsoft Teams
- System checks for new tweets every minute
- Simplicity is preferred for the initial build, but reliable notifications are a must
