Trying to decode files from streaming site

Hello,
I want a tool/method that's able to extract/decode the video out of the provided files.
It is supposed to be a 5min or so video. There's an index file with some information in it.
I have other examples on the same format, but the sizes are too big to upload here.
The idea would be having a tool to "decode" them all.
