Troubleshooting & API Support for E-commerce

I have an existing system that links via API our Shopify site and our SAGE50 system. The company that created the system appears to have disappeared so I am looking for someone that may be able to assist in the support of the system.
Regarding the specific support services needed, I require assistance with troubleshooting and bug fixing. The area of the system that's experiencing the most issues is related to API connectivity. These issues are moderately disruptive to our daily operations, causing notable inefficiencies.
