Troubleshoot woocommerce and fix
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
My website: Wasgeurtje.nl is requesting alot of resources when loading the website.
Cpu goes alot of time above 96%
My server:
48Gb Ram, 8TB Transfer, 12 core processor.
Hosting: cloudways -digital occean
Also alot of customers notice delay, or when they want to make a purchase they experience a timeout and they are not able to make a purchase.
also many times when customers want to make a purchase, it doenst send correct details to stripe.
Below reaction from stripe:
As we’ve discussed, we found the payment and it was included on your payout which was paid last November 23, 2022. It just so happens that the invoice was duplicated. You have to coordinate with your third party platform you used for invoicing.
