Troubleshoot Stripe Integration in Telegram Bot

Hello, I built a telegram bot and integrated stripe in it as documented. Everything is working as expected except one thing. When a user tries to pay for an invoice, pre checkout query is not received at Webhook.

If you're someone who has integrated stripe with telegram bot, bid now.
