Troubleshoot PHP project

We have a project with an input form that communicates with an API. After moving it to new servers, the project does no longer work. I think there are some directory links that needs to be updated as well as database connections.
Please get in touch if you can PHP, MySQL and have worked with API's.
The developer who did the project 1,5 years ago is unfortuately unresponsive.
You need to be able to start today - and if you are the right fit we have many more projects where Laravel is also required.
