Troubleshoot OpenCart Checkout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 and need some help troubleshooting a problem at checkout. Basically, the user can get through all the steps but once they get to entering their credit card number and submitting their order it does nothing. It does not seem to matter if they are logged in or checking out as a guest.

When using First Data (Credit Card Processor) - As seen in video above
1. Users enters info and clicks Confirm Order the button shows Loading and goes back to Confirm Order
2. Order status shows as pending.
3. Click Confirm Order again = user redirected to success page/order status changes to complete.
4. User does not receive email to confirm order has processed.
PayPal:
1. User enters info and clicks the PayPal Button
2. User logs into PayPal and makes payment.
3. User comes back to checkout page but is not redirected.
4. Payment status is set to pending.
5. After 10-15 seconds user receives a receipt from PayPal but no email from the website.
a. At this point the payment status is set to Complete in Opencart Admin
6. User was never notifies other than the PayPal Receipt (no redirect to success page or email).
We previously had an issue where after checkout the user was sent to /success which was a page that showed the user succeeded in creating an account (even if they didn't create an account). We set up the Simple Redirect Master extension and told it to redirect /success to /index.php?route=checkout/success. It would be nice to clear this error up too.
