Troubleshoot and Fix Paypal Chained Payment Wordpress Plugin

I have a customized (non-standard) wordpress plugin that I need you to troubleshoot and fix for me. The plugin essentially ties Events Manager Pro registrations with Paypal payments (but allows for split payments to two accounts) Currently the plugin is throwing errors and is not redirecting users to paypal. The console is showing 504 errors.
I would like you to first review at the plugin code and see if you can figure out the issue without attempting to troubleshoot on the live website to see if you see anything obvious in the code (syntax, common issues, php issues, etc.).
