Trouble shoot and clean up my Thrive themes based Woocommerce site

I have a very active Woocommerce site and I am having issues with my checkout pages (paypal and payment processor errors). I have Woo Subscriptions but I get a lot of errors from that. I don't like my overall flow and look of the site. I want this sucker as SIMPLE as possible. I would like to automate twilio to work with order processing and also Thrive now has the new automator plugin. I would perhaps look at adding a chatbot as well? (I have subscriptions to a few). I also use shipping easy for my shipping program and active campaign for acquiring leads. Lets me my site MUCH more professional and easy to use. The work will need to be done late at night on a live site with minimal downtime (1am to 6am Pacific time would be best)
