Trigger Customer order with uploading CSV file

To fullfill the order we need a PHP file.
Inputfile will we a CSV file (Example in Files)
The orders / the products search over the Code (EAN Code) in CSV File.
In the word file are all informations, about the uploading source.
Place the order at the XML interface as described in the documentation.
