Trend line trade

Simple project
1. I draw trend line
2. I chose if i want to sell or buy when line is touched
3. I chose lot size
4. When line is touch and trade is open, no more trade on this line
5. If more than xxx trade is already open in account, trend line never open a trade.. it should be global setting and script should watch total open trade in account regardless of pair.
6. Script should work in tradingview
7. After open trade, script will alert by pop up and email
