Trello 2-Way Sync Button Development -- 6

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a 2 way sync button for Trello in a web browser. This button should be able to sync between boards within the same account and also between boards in different accounts.
The main actions that should trigger the sync are creating a new card and moving a card to another list. The sync needs to be immediate and seamless, without any delays or errors, to ensure smooth workflow management and information sharing between different teams and projects.
Ideal skills for this job would include:

- Solid understanding of data syncing and management
