Trello Jotform CRM expert required

Hi,
We currently use JOTFORMS to take order. Then we use SAGEPAY aka OPAYO to process payments and then we use TRELLO to manage the applications.
The system is a mess - we are looking for a JOTFORM/TRELLO/CRM expert that can set up our process flow.
We want to be able to
A) send information required to clients.
B) Allow them to complete a JOTFORM
C) Make a payment through a secure server
D) Jotform automatically entered into TRELLO - (this happens already)
E) help us set up a process flow whereby we can initiate process flow and notify clients of the different stages the applications reach.
An email should be sent out to clients at different stages of the lifecycle adn finally once it is complete.
Only experts that will provide solutions should apply.
Please explain in your bid what you will do for us and through which programs.
