Travel agent reservation system

Hi,
I need to create a travel agent booking and reservation system (send emails, make new bookings, make amendments, make cancellations, and send final confirmations). This is for a home-based travel agent.
I have attached the project details which made in excel VBA. I need someone to write codes and bring this project to live. I need Source Code, Setup File, and Detailed Code Comments.
If you have a better idea to create this reservation system please let me know. Your suggestions are welcome.
If you would like to use any other software other than Excel please let me know.
I need the accounting and invoice generating system later. I'm still planning the project.
