Translation module on Perfex

I need a dev that is very experienced on Perfex CRM that would be able to create a module that will allow any staff that has the permission to do it to translate anypart of the CRM (admin and client end) using a smart translation system that would show each sentences available on the CRM in a field that would be editable. Of course, we should be able to edit any existing language and eventually to add one with this module. The module should also have a search tool to find a word, a phrase to translate.
