Transitioning from WooCommerce to something better

I'm seeking a professional who can assist me in migrating my e-commerce site from WooCommerce to a better platform. The current WooCommerce platform has become bloated with too many plugins, which has led to performance issues. I need a new platform that is efficient, easy to navigate, and doesn't require excessive reliance on plugins.
We are considering these options :
1.) Hydrogen by Shopify
2.) Sylius
3.) BigCommerce Open SaaS (Headless Option)
4.) OroCommerce
If you have others we will consider those also.
ALL options MUST be self hosted !
