Transform Perfex CRM into multi tenant application

I'm looking at installing a fresh Perfex CRM and turn it into multi tenant application.
I must have a super admin access where I can create as many end customers as I want.
Each customer will have it's own data stored as per their customer ID.
I should be able to take payment online for monthly subscription (Netopia or PaYu).
I'm looking for a developer who can colaborate with me to develop other functionalities, this is the first task.
