Transfer an adult opencart website to a new server

Someone has an adult website on a dedicated server in Germany using Plesk and Opencart version 3.0.3.1. with many customizations.
1) The new Chinese owner,which is me, needs help choosing a web hosting company and server type. The website does not need to be visible in China.
Hosting requirements: unlimited/unmetered traffic and at least 50gm disk space
2) Help transfer the domain to me.
3) Install Opencart version 3.0.3.1. on the new server
4) Transfer the opencart website to the new server, and it must be tested
The backup file on Plesk is 12.6gb
