Transaction Management System | Small Office

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a transaction management system for my small office. The main purpose of the system is to track transactions through QR codes. I am not sure if the system needs to integrate with any other software or platforms, so I will need the freelancer to advise me on this. As for the timeline, it will be discussed with the freelancer.
