Training Course Website and LMS (WordPress, shopping cart, auto enrol, integration)

We are looking for a new website to be built for our online training courses. We already have a website selling classroom and online courses, but we want to split the two onto different sites.
This website will be completely new, and here's what we need:
Build new WordPress website selling online training courses
Populate website with existing courses/content (10-15 courses)
Rewrite content for SEO purposes
Integrate with Tawk (live chat)
Google Analytics setup (tracking sales/clicks/events/enquiries etc)
Shopping cart (WooCommerce?)
Auto enroll users into courses
Allow bundles and addons during checkout (up sell other courses or extras)
Extensions can be bought to extend course access
Payment methods = PayPal, BACs, Invoice
Build new LMS
SCORM compliant
Populate LMS with existing courses
Auto certificates for course completion
Project submission area to be graded by tutors
Add ons (buy certificates, buy extensions)
Reports of user activity
Bundles (group multiple courses if they buy one)
Groups (multiple users into one group (e.g. one client))
Integrate both platforms (auto enrol users without touch)
Integrate sites with MailChimp and SalesForce (enquiries and sales automatically added to both platforms)
Auto emails to users upon signing up to a course
Follow up emails to users days/weeks later
This is a full website build and development project. We need someone who is experienced in WordPress, LMS and shopping cart integrations.
