Trailer Display

Database with customer names, addresses, and unique trailer numbers. Each place has various trailer numbers dropped at customer locations. Need to be able to move trailers around accordingly and the possibility to add new trailers. The trailer number can only exist once. Need to be displayed on a T.V. screen.
