Trading View Pine Script Coder

I am looking to build a screener in TradingView which uses Pine Script to have certain conditions met such as, 50 day moving average is above 200 day moving average. Value of 200 day moving average is greater than it was 30 days prior.
Then I want to screen for current price is within 10% of 52 week high. And add other factors as well.
