Trading View Indicator Enhancement

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me enhance my current Trading View indicator. The job is small and straightforward, but it requires some specific additions:
- Arrow above or below candle when closing outside the range. Can explain later.
- Popup Alerts: I need popup alerts to be added to the indicator. These alerts should be triggered when the price crosses a line.
- Horizontal Lines: The indicator needs to incorporate horizontal lines on specific time candles, extended to a specific time.
