Trading Charter for Trading Platform -- 2

Our team has developed an Tranding Platform and Wallet like Avatrade but now we are looking for someone who can help us to develop and integrate an tranding chart for this Trading Platform.
For moment we use TradingView.com chart but doesn't transmit data in realtime as EOD Historical Data, also aren't synchronized prices between chart and prices in platform and can't add an WebSocket / API source.
This charter should be transmitted price of stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, forex, indicies etc in real time and should be connected through WebSocket / API with EOD Historical Data to transmit in real time the price of cryptocurrencies and other categories, the same as the charter of https://www.tradingview.com/chart/.
Also this charter should have indicators, trend line, fib retracement, draw line, etc, like https://www.tradingview.com/chart/
Is anyone who has developed any charter for trading platform? We are looking only for charter not for Trading Platform.
