AI Trading BOT for Long-term Investing in Stocks/Cash

I am seeking an experienced developer to create an AI trading bot for long-term investing in stocks/cash for Indian stock. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing AI trading bots for the stock market and possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
- Proficient in developing algorithms for portfolio optimization
- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment strategies


Specific Features Required:
- Get historical data from Broker API.
- Using financial Data , Technical Indicators , and AI identify the best possible entry points on top 100 stocks by marketcap.
- For the inputs from above step perform multiple backtests and train the AI. Obtain the Risk\reward ratio for all the scans, and select only top two options and Take positions (place orders)
- continuously Monitor the positions, and determine the exit strategies and and train the AI for such scenarios.
- Paper Trading option should be available.
- Portfolio optimization to maximize returns . Algo's should always be better performing than index (after adding slippages, commissions, and misc charges) .
- Risk management tools to minimize losses. Strategies should also involve Stop-loss and exit and train the AI for such scenarios.
- One can plan to use vast resources available on PINE editor (Trading view) to build custom indicators or Trading systems (but the trading strategy should be disclosed , performance data should be presented before stating the development) to identify profitable investment opportunities/strategies
