Trading API connected to Binance and other exchanges

We would like to build a trading platform that is connected to a Wordpress Plugin for user controlling.
It must allow the user to connect their exchange account via API and configure settings on each market, the configurations must then execute via the user's own API key.
The profit should then be calculated and a percentage charged from the customers 'Fuel' wallet within the app/website.
