Tracking location by phone number

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a system that traces the location of a single mobile number. I have the number I want to track ready and my main purpose for tracking the phone number is for personal reasons. The system must be able to accurately trace the location of the mobile number and provide the required day-to-day updates.
