I’m hiring a tracking expert to help me build a clean, accurate way to track which of my acquisition reps brings in each lead.
We use WordPress for our funnel and GoHighLevel (GHL) for the embedded booking form + calendar. I want all reps to send leads to one shared booking form that will be embedded on one shared funnel - but I still need to know which rep sourced which lead — and have that tracked inside GHL.

What I Need You to Do:
• Create a system that:
• Allows me to track which rep each lead came from using a single shared GHL form/calendar
• Passes a rep identifier (via UTM or hidden field) from the WordPress page to the GHL form
• Tags or organizes leads in GHL based on the rep
• Makes it easy for me to pull performance data by rep
• You must be able to:
• Edit the WordPress page (Elementor or code) to make tracking work
• Customize GHL forms and workflows
• Explain how the system works clearly so I can manage it myself
