Tracking & Integration Specialist

I'm seeking an expert to set up and optimize various tracking systems on my website.

Key Tasks:

Installation via GTM
- Set up Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel on my website.
- Configure triggers to run on all pages.

Chat Conversation Tracking
- Develop a system to track chat interactions (e.g., live chat, WhatsApp, Messenger).
- Measure chat-driven conversions (e.g., bookings/sales via chat).

API Conversion Tracking
- Implement server-side conversion tracking via API integrations (e.g., sending offline events to ad platforms).

Strategic Recommendations
- Propose optimizations for tracking:
- Conversions (form submissions, sales)
- Events (clicks, downloads, video views)
- User journeys (cross-device paths, drop-off points)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with Facebook and TikTok Pixel
- Familiarity with various chat platforms and API integrations
- Strong analytical skills for providing strategic recommendations
- Background in web development is a plus, especially if the site is custom-built
