Traccar Server Customization for a different GPS software

I need a proffessional Java/PHP web developer to custom build and develop further Traccar server source code, modify the server software to run on our GPS Tracking application, Our GPS tracking application is different from Traccar application, but we wish to make use of the Traccar Server listener application.

The modification will require to modify traccar application to send data directly to our PHP application, required POST Data fields will be provided and many other functionalities required.
