Hi there,
I would like to reach out and to check some costing and timing of a project that we are now planning.
We are a digital fashion agency in UK , and now planning to develop a new concept/platform related to fashion forecast/trend report, and we would need help from an experience web/app developer to help us out to start this project, and possibly to work with us in a monthly retainer basis for the maintenance and further development of the platform.
I am not a technical person but I would like to try and explain the platform how it works:
- We will have a basic interface for people to navigate for some general content, fashion update etc., (so we consider this is the introduction/landing page)
- Within the interface we will have a section for subscriber to log in, for now we intend to provide 3 types of log in: basic, intermedium and premium depends on the number of categories/and number of log ins can get,
- When going into log in, then subscribe can access to latest trend information by category. e.g. footwear is one category, accessories is another etc.
- Our creative team needs to be able to easily upload product images, reports (PDF) or even potential short videos from catwalk etc.,
- Subscribe can download the images or report to their own device
- as we are a trend and brand forecast agent we intend to provide seasonal information (e.g. Spring Summer 2023 and so forth)
- We intend to develop web base + APP base at the same time if costing is not too much. Or if it is too much with APP then we can start with web base first then APP later.
- Subscribe: we can see the first year (2022) can be in between 500-1000, with the potential to grow up to 30-50,000 subscribers in a longer term
- As it is fashion related we expect the update of the data base needs to be done at least every 2 weeks if not shorter.
- We would like to collect as well data of usage for example: which report being downloaded the most, which image in the footwear session that being clicked/downloaded the most etc.
- Payment gateway as well to be resolved within the same site (to be subscribed)
Could you please provide me a general cost infrastructure of the above based on your experience and how long would that take to develop
