Top PHP Expert

We are looking for a PHP expert to install and customize an eCommerce solution as an upgrade to our existing commerce solution.
We currently run a highly customized version of Prestashop 1.6.4. The solution may be the latest version of prestashop (1.7.7) or another ecommerce solution that is customizable enough to serve our platform requirements.
The primary customization (not a small task) comes in the ability to have a single product with multiple and mixed variations on a single page. This means a combination of correct attributes, prices and SKU's which do not necessarily follow an absolute pattern. There are also exceptions where specific combinations are not possible. The job will also involve transferring very large sets of data to fit the format of the new framework. This maybe involve writing customized scripts, multiple database connections and even creating customized and temporary DB tables.
5+ years working with PHP/Apache
5+ years working with relational databases, must be proficient in SQL
5+ years web development experience
5+ years working with Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Must have 2-3 years experience developing in a Prestashop eCommerce framework
Experience with shell commands
