Tool on my opencart store

I am looking for a developer to create an abandoned basket tool or program by using whatsapp for My store.

The requirement is in the program options
1- Determine when to send a message
2- Determine when to send a second message as a reminder
3- The ability to modify the text of the message at any time
4- The ability to modify the program with the freelancer when needed
I prefer to integrate the tool using an API. The project needs to be completed within 7 days.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
