Tool for sending reminders on mail and whatsApp

Looking to create a simple tool for sending reminders on both email and WhatsApp. The tool should have the following features:
Platform:
- Ability to send reminders on both email and WhatsApp
Frequency:
- Custom frequency for the reminders, allowing the user to set their own preferred interval
Volume:
- The tool should be able to handle sending 50 to 100 reminders per month
- Fetch data from excel regarding insurance policy in an app and then sending reminders to customers of renewals on mail/msg/whatsapp
