Tool Design for Document Management and Organizational Correspondence Management - Process Flows -- 4

We need to develop a tool for managing electronic documents, reception and dispatch of correspondence that allows organizations to receive the documentation to register through parameterized forms according to the needs, which can be associated with the image of the delivered document, its annexes, that a barcode label is generated, that it has a connection to the label printer, that the label can also be assigned to the digital document, that the document can be associated and a process flow can be started. That the tool allows the modeling of internal transit generation process flows, that it allows loading the metadata structure of the folders, that the description of the files can be made, that it receives any type of file and is stored in the database. That allows queries and generate reports. That the application has a correspondence module, filing from the web page, administration module, roles, user groups, profiles, access levels, which can be navigated on the web.

That the tool can be installed in the potential client's own environment or in the cloud with restricted access.

The working solution, code delivery, sources, and everything related to the product must be delivered. The idea is to continue evolving the product. It can be integrated with open source tools like BonitaSoft for flow modeler among others.
