Tiny but strong, cakephp4

I have made cakephp 4 form with formHelper which posts to mysql.
I installed tinyButStrong and openTbs.

You need to help me merge some values from database into Libre office writer template which in turn needs to generate a PDF.

Here is link to docs for what I need done, please go through the points in doc (there may be some more points but essentially it´s what I want) :

Doc point 4.1 (Preparation of TinyButStrong Template Engine with the OpenTBS plug-in) :
->Finalise my cakePHP install

Doc point 4.2 (Method LoadTemplate), 4.3 (Method show), 4.11 (Merge document fields), 4.12(Other merging commands) and 4.13 (Manage files in the archive) :
->You need to generate a template with above parts of documentation.
->For the setup of template you will have to insert values from mysql database.
->I will insert the values and the text, but you need to help me setup the template in libre office.
->I have some PHP conditions that needs to be recoded into template - very simple PHP conditions, that should be -done easily with Doc point 4.12.

Upon completion you need to present code on TV.
