Timesheet Recording Database Website
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Looking for a talented Fresher who is agreeable to develop/show some initial idea of website on his server.
Payment Terms I would not pay any advance; I would first like to have atleast 2-3 pages designed for our website so that we can see that developer has got our idea. Once we are convinced that you have got our idea and can execute the project then only we will award the project and discuss payment terms. Please devote time on quote only if aforesaid payment terms suit you. As many companies, who are demanding upfront payment/advance are not being considered irrespective of their quote/expertise.
Serverspace and domain name would be purchased and maintained by us. Need not be included in your quote
Project
To create a website for recording timesheets.
The website will primarily focus on basic time tracking, allowing users to easily log their working hours. I am looking for a developer who can create a functional and aesthetically pleasing website for timesheet recording, incorporating basic time tracking.
The website would record user input in words and numbers. Build a database of the same over period
Give live data on preset screen or on query/Search made by user. Generate reports desired by user
Allow change in data, report generations by Super Admin, Admin and Captains.
We have rough idea of website design (Screenshots attached)
Key Features:
- Employee Functionality: Employees will be able to submit their timesheets, view their previously submitted timesheets, and edit their timesheets as needed.
- Manager Functionality: Managers will need access to oversee, approve, and manage the timesheet submissions.
Skills Required
Framework: Laravel 12
Server: PHP 8.4
DBMS: My SQL 9.2
Estimated Plugins/API required
Free OTP send via SMS (D7 or Shoutout etc) or Whatsapp
After awarding of contract
All the corrections in the website would be done at your server and we will see/access it online. Once we are satisfied that entire website has been built according to our need (as seen on your server and no codes transferred till this stage) then only we will make 80% of the payment and ask to make the website live on our server/domain. When the website is live we will release next 10% of payment. After testing website for few days and getting all bugs resolved, we will release balance 10% of the payment.
We need to see, the website running (at your server) then only we will release first tranche of payment.
Other Guiding Terms
Google page score for home page should be over 90 for loading speed.
1) The database should be disgen so as to be compatible with Android app(Not scope of the project at present).
2) The user data should be readily available for import and export in excel.
