Time based recording Application

I am looking for a developer to create a time-based recording application for the web. I have specific features and functionalities that I need built-in, specifically time tracking. The application will allow users to track their time spent on specific tasks and generate reports based on these results. It should also allow for integration with other applications that could be used to enhance the functionality of the application. The idea behind this application is to provide users with an easy way to track their time and monitor time allocation outside of core work hours. The application must have the ability to operate accounts and assign users. It will be built on a per user subscription fee with intergration to Xero. Requirements in progress for full development but looking for a web development team to partner with me on this project.
