TikTok API Bracket Tournament SaaS Site

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a SaaS website that utilizes the TikTok API to manage and display bracket tournaments.
Key Features:
-super admin panel: monitor and assist clients who sign up.
- Admin Panel: I need to have access to edit/view current and past brackets in addition to creating new brackets.
- Tournament Tracking: The TikTok API should allow for tracking of tournament battles including user scores and win/loss records.
- User Interface: I prefer a clean and minimalist design for the site.
Specific Requirements:
- The site should be public and show upcoming tournaments by subdomain.
- The TikTok API should be able to track battles and display the scores, wins, and losses.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with TikTok API integration.
- Strong web development skills.
- An eye for clean and minimalist UI design.
- experience with mysql
