Tickets website - form app

This is a website that manages login and dashboard. Create ticket (form/request), in the dashboard be able to move (drag and drop) ticket from a column (state) to another, assign tickets, comment ticket, add solutions to a ticket and add attachments.

I would prefer to be developed in php (symfony, laravel, codeigniter) and to have AngularJS or VueJs in the frontend.
