Ticket Management Dashboard Enhancement

I need an experienced developer to improve the technician interface of my existing ticket management dashboard. The dashboard is used by providers and admins to create tickets and assign tasks to technicians who handle product delivery and repairs. The frontend is built with React.js, the backend with Laravel, and the technician app is developed using React Native.
The project involves:
